Coffee With Friends

One day this past summer I received a package in the mail... oh the excitement of receiving a package with my name on it! The package contained several things, but this was my favorite item in the package... a coffee cup with red rose tea bags tucked inside, and a beautiful poem on the back. I Said A Prayer For You Today

I love it!

Each morning I grab a cup of coffee and  I sit at my computer for a few minutes, catching up with my little group of friends. I love having coffee with friends...  

Now each evening when I'm having a cup of hot tea on the porch, and each morning when I sit down to have coffee with friends, I am reminded they are praying for me.

The verse reads:

I Said a Prayer For You Today

I said a prayer for you today
and know God must have heard.
I felt the answer in my heart
although He spoke no word.

I asked for happiness for you
in all things great and small.
But it was for His loving care
I prayed the most of all.
